Barbarians!

In this episode I explore the concept of the Teutonic tribes as "barbarians." the modern Western world believes that it is founded on classical and near east concepts. But, the reality is, after the fall of Rome, the European continent was drastically transformed by the Teutonic tribes that migrated from northern Europe. It was the Teutons, saxons, franks and Goths who revived the Roman culture. These Teutonic tribes replaced their ancestral memories with that of Rome, Greece and Israel. In this episode, I will (ramblingly and rantingly) explore and challenge our accepted historical view of the middle ages and the real influence of the Teutonic people on the modern world.
